Mental health and well-being suggested tasks

Mental health and well-being is vital in terms of being ready and willing to learn. During a time of isolation - or even if you're not - feel free to do one or more of these tasks per day to support your child's mental health and well-being. The tasks are applicable for KS1 and KS2 children. Photos of any tasks done can be sent to your child's Class Teacher for them to monitor and celebrate your achievements.
