Curriculum
We continue to refine and develop our curriculum to ensure it is relevant to the children we teach and prepares them well for their next steps in education.
School Year 2026-7 we are following Cycle A which is attached below.

Additional Information:
For our Maths Curriculum we follow White Rose Maths.
Phonics and Spellings we follow RWI Spelling and Phonics Scheme. We then use Literacy Shed and Spelling Shed for our writing and SPAG and Accelerated Reader.
For Computing, DT, Music and Art we use the Kapow Scheme of Work as a spine from which to develop progression and skills. We have developed our own planning for Forest Schools.
For Geography and History we follow David Whetherley's progression of skills.
For PSHE/ RHE we have adapted the PSHE Association Programme of Study with Pol Ed resoiurces.
Following consultation with with parents and governors and trialling this new scheme during 2025-6 it will be fully implementated in September 2026.
For Science we follow PLAN Science.
For RE we follow NCC Agreed Syllabus for RE and Understanding Christianity.
