We were so pleased to welcome back the children after the Summer Holidays with everyone looking so smart. Here are some photos.
Class 1 Having Fun!
Year 3 children receiving their Bibles
Each year the children in Year 3 are given a Bible which are kindly donated by St Bartholomew's Church and the local community. Today Reverend Rich presented the present Year 3 children with theirs. As you can see they were delighted! The children can read their Bible in school and even write little notes in the margin next to stories which are important to them. When the children leave our school in Year 6 they take their Bible with them.
Grand opening and blessing of our new outdoor area
We are so lucky and thankful to have a beautiful new reflective area outside the KS2 classrooms. Today when Reverend Rich was in school he performed the official opening, blessed the area and said a prayer of thanks.
