Climate Awareness Open Afternoon - Class 1

To showcase our understanding of the work we have been doing on climate awareness as a school as well as celebrating Earth day which was earlier in the week. In Class 1, to finsih off our leanirng about the envionrment and ways in which we can help protect our nature, we created some bird feeders and placed them in our school grounds. We also worked with our special visitors to create differetn ways in which we can help our planet, such as turning off lights when we don't need them, litter picking and walking to school rather than coming in a car if we can.
