- Mental health and well-being challenge: this year's mental health and well-being theme across the country is 'express yourself'. As such, I'd like you to express yourself in any form you like - it could be through a painting, a sketch, a song, a dance... the choices are almost endless. This website is a great source of information and resources about mental health and well-being. There are also some ideas for activities that you could do. Upload your activity/ expression on Dojo.
