Complaints

We hope you are happy with all aspects of our school. If you have a concern or would like to make a complaint please see the procedure as outlines in our Policy.

The 3 point plan to follow is -
  • Discuss the problem with your child's class teacher.
  • Speak to the Headteacher.
  • Ask for details of our Governor Complaints Co-ordinator Mrs Liz Chadwick where you will be guided through the next stages of the process.
